The Problem

A refined line and a strong niche — micro realism and fine line — but the calendar lived on the ups and downs of organic reach. The problem was never talent; it was not having anyone to bring in and close clients for him.

The Story

Luke already had an unmistakable signature style, but he was running the operation alone: tattooing, answering DMs, trying to sell and still managing his own studio. We're not an ad agency — our specialty is building a sales team that works alongside the artist. We introduced him to the sales team, turned on the system and, within a few months, demand turned into a full calendar — without him taking his focus off the chair.
